I found the staff friendly and helpful. The service was really good. the rooms are quite spacious, and the toiletries provided were of excellent quality. i appreciate its central location that allows for a short walk to both the beach and the tram.
I had to pay extra for car parking. This was a slight inconvenience. furthermore, i encountered an issue with cleanliness upon arrival, finding some stains on the carpet. also the mini bar was not as expected.

I was quite disappointed with a few things . the air conditioning unit in the room was loud. It made it difficult to sleep comfortably. this was a major letdown since i specifically booked the room for the ocean view and balcony access.

The buffet breakfast had a good selection. Cafe extras were available not wanting the full buffet. room service was fast, and the food was delicious. the staff was amazing and gave excellent recommendations for transport, restaurants, and activities.
Housekeeping skipped my room. I did not receive fresh bedsheets one day.

i found the staff friendly upon arrival. the cleaning staff also seemed very kind and helpful . the carpark was spacious (which was a plus when maneuvering). i appreciated the ease of parking.
the high tea experience was a bit underwhelming. i noticed the cream with the scones was not fresh whipped cream (it seemed like an alternative). the sweet selection seemed like a self-serve cake table.

the hotel design felt fresh and vibrant to me. i appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor. there were dyson hair dryers and nestle coffee machines available (such a nice touch!).
